Phylicia Dunaway

Biography

Phylicia Dunaway was born and raised in Eastern N.C. She has a B.A. in History from Meredith College and a M.A. in International Studies from E.C.U. She traveled throughout Europe, as well as Thailand and Cambodia before settling down with her husband, Matthew Dunaway, and their three daughters in New Bern, NC. Phylicia began working at Quay & Associates, P.A. in June of 2018. Phylicia is a Notary Public, and while working with the firm chose to get her Paralegal Technology Certificate from Carteret Community College.
